Front Desk Receptionist + Content Creator at Fittopia Fitness Center, Richmond BC
A hybrid role: run the front desk during peak hours AND create social content from inside our filming-ready facility. This is for someone who can flip between member service and a camera with confidence.

— What you'll do —
_ Front desk: greet members, check-ins, process payments, schedule sessions, manage walk-ins_
_ Content: capture and edit short-form video for Instagram and TikTok (gym workouts, trainer features, member transformations, AXIS Reformer classes at the Studio)_
_ Cross-promote: surface trainer profiles, drop-in passes, and Studio classes through content_
— What we're looking for —
_ Strong communication and customer service_
_ Comfortable on camera AND behind it_
_ Solid video editing chops (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci, any of them)_
_ Eye for short-form video pacing and trends_
_ Mandarin or Cantonese a strong asset_
_ Valid BC work permit_
_ Available for some evening and weekend shifts_
