Duties
- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescription medications accurately
- Manage inventory levels and restock pharmacy supplies as needed
- Provide excellent patient care by answering questions and offering guidance under pharmacist supervision
- Verify medication orders and ensure proper documentation according to medical terminology standards
- Process insurance claims and handle administrative tasks related to medication dispensing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy environment
- Support medication administration processes when required, ensuring compliance with safety protocols
Skills
- Previous retail experience or pharmacy technician experience is preferred
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and medication administration procedures
- Excellent communication skills for patient interaction and team collaboration
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in medication dispensing and record keeping
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare setting

Pay: $16.01-$20.11 per hour
