As a Financial Services Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering a premium customer experience by securing financing, explaining financial agreements, and offering value-added products and services. You will build strong relationships with customers and lenders while consistently meeting or exceeding dealership performance targets.
A day in the life…
- Present financing and insurance options to customers and explain the benefits of various products and services.
- Thorough comprehension and ability to explain the benefits of the products and services offered in the business office, knowledge of financing, leasing and credit granting with the capability to use business office software.
- Thoroughly disclosing all the financial and product information pertaining to the customer’s agreement.
- Review customer credit applications and negotiate financing terms with lending institutions.
- Receive and receipt customer deposits/partial payments.
- Research liens on vehicles being traded in by customers or on vehicles being purchased by the dealership.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize profitability and achieve sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and new financial products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to financing and insurance.

- Ability to plan, organize, and effectively manage a considerable workload with multiple priorities and demands and produce results within restrictive timelines.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial calculations and documentation.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as team, interacting with customers and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
What We Require From You…
- 2+ years’ experience in sales and/or finance is required (automotive preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field (preferred).
- Strong understanding of financial products and services, including loans, leases, and insurance products.
- Proven track record in sales.
- Proficiency in computer software applications, including MS Office and finance management systems.
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License with a Driver's Abstract.
- Record of Conduct.
Hours of work: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm three days a week and 10:00 am to 7:00 pm two days a week. Hours may vary during the winter.
