Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries, recommendations, and selections
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts
- Maintain merchandising standards by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability
- Handle cashiering duties with professionalism, including cash handling and balancing registers at shift end
- Manage time effectively to ensure smooth store operations during busy periods and assist in inventory management
- Accept deliveries and stock the backroom/cooler/shelves
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred; technical sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain products clearly
- Basic liquor knowledge
- Basic math skills for cash handling, pricing calculations, and inventory counts
- Demonstrated organizational skills to keep the store tidy and well-stocked
- Ability to perform basic technology functions on POS systems and other retail software
- AGLC ProServ Program needs to be completed
Pay: $15.00-$24.01 per hour
