Treasure Cove Casino & Bingo is looking for a Guest Services Representative to join our team!
As part of our Guest Services team, you will help create a welcoming and positive experience for our guests while assisting with a variety of responsibilities.
Responsibilities include:
- Cash handling
- Answering telephones
- Processing lottery payouts
- Making change
- Following Treasure Cove Casino and regulatory policies and procedures
Preferred skills:
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic math skills
- Comfortable using computers and technology
- Lotto experience is an asset
A part-time position. No experience necessary, training will be provided. Applicants must be 19+ and willing to undergo and successfully pass a criminal background check.
