We are seeking an organized and professional Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will assist with office management, customer service, data entry, and front desk responsibilities while helping maintain an efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk activities and greet visitors professionally
- Answer phone calls and handle customer inquiries
- Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems
- Assist with scheduling, document preparation, and administrative support
- Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software
- Manage office supplies and general clerical duties
- Provide excellent customer service and office support
Qualifications
- Experience in an office or administrative role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Accurate typing and data entry abilities
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is a plus
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service experience
- Previous front desk or medical office experience is an advantage

Pay: $70,500.00-$75,500.00 per year
