Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Perform litter pickup and garbage removal across designated property areas using appropriate hand tools and power tools.
- Assist with basic landscaping tasks such as trimming, pruning, planting, and watering to support overall landscape health.
- Maintain cleanliness of outdoor facilities by inspecting and cleaning walkways, parking lots, and common areas regularly.
- Support landscape maintenance activities including mowing lawns, aerating soil, and installing new plantings under supervision.
- Conduct routine inspections of outdoor spaces to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report them promptly.
- Follow safety protocols during all maintenance activities to ensure a secure working environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or general property maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Familiarity with horticulture principles and landscape maintenance techniques is a plus.
- Mechanical knowledge related to operating small construction or maintenance equipment is advantageous.
- Ability to use hand tools such as rakes, shovels, pruners, and wheelbarrows effectively.
- Experience with power tools like trimmers or blowers is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to construction experience or specialized landscape tasks is highly valued.
