Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and professional Esthetician to join our skincare team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare treatments, including facials, waxing, while delivering outstanding customer service. The Esthetician will also assist with retail sales and front desk duties, contributing to the overall success of the spa.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments such as facials, waxing, with precision and care.
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable skincare solutions for clients.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards for all treatment areas and tools.
- Assist clients at the front desk, including scheduling appointments and checking in/out clients efficiently.
- Promote retail products through upselling techniques to enhance client results and satisfaction.
- Deliver excellent customer service by creating a relaxing and professional atmosphere.
- Educate clients on skincare routines and product recommendations to foster loyalty.
- Manage appointment schedules to optimize client flow and minimize wait times.
