Responsibilities
- Installation and service of commercial and residential security, video surveillance and access control systems
- Programming and troubleshooting onsite and remotely
- Network configuration and troubleshooting
- Basic client training
- Keep detailed records
- Participate in the on-call afterhours emergency rotation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience installing, servicing and programming security systems
- Experience with Alarm.com and DSC systems
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to quickly and accurately identify issues
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Able to read and understand installation manuals
- Highly organized and attentive to detail
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean record
- Able to work independently and as a team member
