What You'll Do:
As a Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a landscaping crew and managing day-to-day operations on-site. You’ll ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the Garden Guru standard of excellence. From hardscape to softscape, you’ll bring your knowledge and leadership to guide a team and deliver stunning outdoor spaces.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and support a crew of landscape laborers
- Lead the execution of landscape installations and maintenance projects
- Ensure high standards of safety, efficiency, and craftsmanship
- Read and interpret plans, layouts, and instructions
- Coordinate with clients and the project manager as needed
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean job site
Qualifications:
· Proven landscaping experience (3+ years preferred)
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· Ability to manage timelines and prioritize tasks
· Knowledge of irrigation, planting, hardscape, and outdoor construction
· Valid driver’s license (Class 5) and reliable transportation
· Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
