One of our clients is seeking hardworking, reliable, and motivated individuals for a long-term opportunity in agriculture. The role involves hands-on work in greenhouse and field environments, supporting crop production and general farm operations.
Responsibilities
· Plant, cultivate, irrigate, and harvest crops
· Greenhouse cleaning and maintenance
· Weed, fertilize, and apply crop treatments as needed
· Operate and maintain automated irrigation and environmental systems
· Monitor crop health and assist with quality control
· Harvest seedlings and horticultural crops
· Tie, secure, and prune plants (including removal of water sprouts)
· Clean barns, pens, and farm equipment
· Assist with animal care when required
· Support beekeeping and apiary maintenance (if applicable)
· Follow sustainable farming practices (crop rotation, water management)
· Prepare basic daily progress reports
· Assist with general farm maintenance tasks

Requirements
· Previous farm experience preferred (2–3 years an asset)
· Ability to perform physically demanding work
· Comfortable working in outdoor and greenhouse environments (hot, dusty, wet, or fast-paced conditions)
· Able to stand, bend, crouch, kneel, and walk for long periods
· Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented
· Willingness to work varied shifts including early mornings, nights, weekends, and on call
Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
