We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to business development initiatives. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to manage accounts effectively while fostering positive relationships with clients.
Duties
- Assist in analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Support Finance Manager by maintaining accurate Files and Transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business development and growth.
- Utilize Dealertrack to assist with approvals and documentation.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to facilitate successful sales outcomes.
- Participate in technical sales discussions, providing product knowledge and support to customers.
- Assisting the Finance Manager with interviews, onboarding and any other related tasks assigned.
Skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Proven experience in sales or account management is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Familiarity with business development strategies and techniques.
- Proficient in using Vinsolutions or similar CRM software for managing client relationships.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Experience in Automotive sales is a plus, along with knowledge of relevant products or services.
