The Opportunity
This role bridges the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You’ll work closely with clients to understand how work is done today, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate those into clearly defined Microsoft 365-based solutions.
Whether capturing requirements for a modern intranet, designing a Power App to streamline a workflow, or guiding a client through Copilot readiness—you are the translator, synthesizer, and advocate for both users and delivery teams.
What You’ll Do
Discovery & Solution Design
- Lead client discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping workshops.
- Analyze existing business processes, pain points, and goals—and recommend M365-aligned improvements.
- Translate requirements into solution designs, wireframes, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Support architects and developers with clear, documented requirements and solution logic.
Digital Workplace Consulting
- Define and document information architecture (site structure, navigation, metadata, taxonomy).
- Contribute to governance plans, adoption strategies, and user enablement planning.
- Support rollout plans for solutions involving SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform, and Viva.
AI & Copilot Readiness
- Assess content organization, permissions, and metadata structures for Copilot integration.
- Help define business use cases for Copilot extensibility and automation scenarios.
- Collaborate with architects to identify where semantic indexing, Graph connectors, or AI integrations make sense.
Collaboration & Communication
- Act as a liaison between clients, technical teams, and change management specialists.
- Present findings, designs, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Produce high-quality documentation and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing efforts.
