Le poste comprend la participation aux opérations quotidiennes, un accueil client chaleureux et la promotion d’un environnement de travail positif.
Capacité à rester debout, marcher, se pencher et soulever jusqu’à 30 lbs.
Horaire flexible : soirs, fins de semaine et périodes de pointe.
SALES ASSOCIATE – PART-TIME (GEOX)

The Sales Associate plays a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. They support store performance by engaging customers, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. This position includes daily sales activities, operational support, and contributing to a positive and energetic team atmosphere.
Welcome, assist and advise customers with a high level of service.
Maintain strong product knowledge, including GEOX technologies and features.
Handle basic customer concerns and refer more complex issues to management.
Support customer loyalty efforts (email capture, service program explanation, etc.).
Promote products effectively and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Engage in upselling and cross-selling to enhance the customer experience.
Replenish, organize, and display merchandise following company standards.
Participate in inventory counts and stockroom organization.
Maintain store cleanliness and ensure fitting rooms and sales floor areas are presentable.
Operate the POS system for purchases, returns and exchanges.
Follow all operational and cash-handling procedures to prevent loss.
Communicate effectively with team members and management.
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Stay informed through internal communication boards and team updates.
High School diploma or equivalent retail experience.
Retail or customer service experience preferred (apparel/footwear is an asset).
Strong communication skills.
Customer-focused mindset.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable using POS systems (training provided).
Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 30 lbs.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
