About the Role
This is an independent, field-based position where you’ll be responsible for maintaining a set route of residential properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a company SUV equipped with a ramp and tools
- Perform lawn maintenance including:
- Push mowing
- Trimming/edging
- Blowing
- Complete light gardening tasks as needed
- Service properties on a consistent weekly/biweekly schedule
- Work independently while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service
- Winter positions also available doing snow removal
Compensation & Growth
- Competitive hourly wage
- Performance pay: +$5 per completed property

Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in landscape maintenance or related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license preferred for transportation between job sites
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $22.00-$34.00 per hour
