Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, while offering personalized recommendations.
- Upsell services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized after each use.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere for clients, ensuring they feel valued and cared for during their visit.
Requirements
- Proven experience in nail care, and customer service in a salon or spa environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to upsell services while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining a clean workspace.
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and passion for the beauty industry are essential for success in this role.
