PartsEngine is looking for motivated, self-driven, and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing Automotive Sales team in Richmond Hill.

We are looking for automotive enthusiasts with strong customer service and sales skills who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This is a full-time onsite position based in Richmond Hill, Ontario, with opportunities for growth and advancement. We are looking for a Bilingual Sales Professional who knows the technical difference between $+35$ and $-12$ offset and can communicate that expertise fluently in both English and French.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers through phone and email
- Complete product inquiry tickets through our ticketing system
- Assist customers with tire, wheel, truck accessory, powersports, RV, and outdoor product inquiries
- Verify vehicle fitment and recommend suitable alternative products when needed
- Follow up with suppliers/vendors regarding order status updates
- Support communication between Vendors, Administration, Operations, and Customer Service teams
- Maintain strong attention to detail and accurate order handling
- Provide support to the Operations team when required
- Identify and escalate issues appropriately
- Solve customer concerns with creative and effective solutions
- Share ideas and feedback to improve processes and overall efficiency
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude
Qualifications & Experience
- Basic understanding of tire and wheel fitment for cars, SUVs, trucks, and powersports applications is required
- Automotive aftermarket accessory knowledge is considered a strong asset
- Powersports knowledge is considered an asset
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Professional phone and email etiquette
- Comfortable working with computers and multiple software systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly in a constantly evolving environment
- Problem-solving mindset with strong customer service skills

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
- Rotational weekend shifts (approximately 2 days per month)
