Bilingual Payroll Specialist – Acton (Hybrid)
Our client, a well-established organization in the health and wellness distribution space, is seeking a Bilingual Payroll Specialist to join their People & Culture team. This is a stand-alone role with full ownership of payroll for approximately 200 employees across multiple provinces.
About the Opportunity
This role is ideal for a payroll professional who enjoys owning the full payroll function end-to-end in a stable and structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-cycle, bi-weekly payroll processing for ~200 employees
- Maintain payroll records including new hires, terminations, and deductions
- Prepare and submit statutory filings (T4/T4A, ROEs, RL-1s, WSIB/WCB, remittances)
- Ensure compliance with Canadian payroll legislation across multiple provinces
- Support month-end reporting and reconciliations
- Provide backup support to an affiliated division as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll experience
- Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation
- PCP designation (completed or in progress)
- Experience with PayWorks or similar payroll systems
- Bilingual in French (required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Pay: $65,000.00-$73,000.00 per year
