Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable IT Technician to join our team in Saskatoon. This role involves both on-site and remote support for clients, requiring strong troubleshooting abilities, hands-on technical experience, and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site and remote technical support for clients
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems
Troubleshoot issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and network infrastructure
Administer and support Microsoft 365 environments (users, licensing, security, and applications)
Use RMM and PSA tools to manage tickets, monitor systems, and document work
Perform system upgrades, backups, and routine maintenance
Maintain accurate documentation of service activities
Travel to client locations as required
Ensure timely resolution of service tickets and incidents
Requirements
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
Willingness and ability to travel to client sites
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support
Experience working with MSP tools, including MSP Manager and N-able
Solid understanding of Windows operating systems and basic networking
Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
French language skills (considered an asset)
Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
IT certifications or Microsoft certifications
