Shop Assistant position
General Duties:
The Shop assistant position is to assist where needed in the shop, front end and shuttling customers when needed. These duties would include but are not limited to, sweeping, clean up, answering phones, driving customers to and from the shop, organizing, receiving etc.
Responsibilities:
- Use and maintain all applicable Safety and PPE as required
- Perform pre work inspections
- Be proficient with use of power tools and numerous hand tools
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite
- Drive customers when needed
- Customer service skills an asset.
- Physical fitness is considered an asset, job may require lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Work in team environment
- Willingness to learn

Salary:
· $20.00 – 23.00 per hour dependent on qualifications and experience.

Experience:
- Able to drive manual and automatic vehicles preferred
Licence/Certification:
- Class 5 drivers license (required)
- Automotive Glass Technician Ticket (considered an asset)
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
