The Accommodations Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering accommodation solutions for Frontier's clients by sourcing, comparing, and securing lodging options that best meet client requirements. As part of the Reservations Department, you will help simplify the end-to-end accommodations process, ensuring reservations are handled efficiently, accurately, and with exceptional customer service.
This is a permanent, full-time position reporting directly to the Reservations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate accommodation reservations for clients while delivering exceptional customer service to both clients and accommodation partners.
- Communicate clearly and professionally by phone and email.
- Receive and manage accommodation requests, maintaining accurate records of all client communications using company systems.
- Manage multiple reservations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prepare complete reservation documentation to support accurate client itineraries and invoicing.
- Recommend cost-effective accommodation options and alternative solutions that align with client needs.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel inventory, project requirements, traveler preferences, property amenities, and client specifications.
- Advise clients on hotel policies, cancellation terms, and payment requirements.
- Resolve reservation changes, travel disruptions, and accommodation issues by acting as the liaison between clients and accommodation providers.
- Source and present alternative accommodation options when original requests cannot be fulfilled.
- Stay informed of client updates, changing requirements, and internal processes to ensure seamless service delivery.

- A calm, solution-oriented approach to resolving customer concerns through effective problem-solving and sound decision-making.
- Previous experience in reservations, hospitality, travel coordination, accommodations, or customer service.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reservation or booking management systems is considered an asset.
