We are seeking a reliable and proactive Assistant Warehouse Supervisor to support daily warehouse operations. This role works closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure smooth operational execution, inventory accuracy, workflow efficiency, and team coordination in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Warehouse Supervisor with daily warehouse operations and staff coordination
- Assist in supervising warehouse associates and monitoring daily productivity
- Assign and coordinate daily tasks based on operational priorities and customer requirements
- Provide on-site operational guidance and training to warehouse staff
- Monitor workflow quality and help prevent operational errors, missed shipments, and inventory discrepancies
- Coordinate inbound receiving, labeling, put-away, picking, packing, and outbound shipment processes
- Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and operational audits
- Track daily operational performance, workload, and order volume
- Assist with labor planning, attendance monitoring, and floor discipline management
- Utilize WMS systems to maintain accurate inventory and operational records
- Communicate effectively with internal departments regarding operational issues and customer requirements
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies and warehouse procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and workflow processes
- Support warehouse reporting, documentation, and other administrative tasks as required
- Perform other duties assigned by management
Qualifications & Requirements
· Flexible availability, Monday to Friday (occasional weekends may be required)
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
· 1-3 years of experience in customer service or warehouse operations
· Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
· Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) is strongly preferred
· Strong adaptability to evolving processes and workflows
· A growth mindset with leadership potential
· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
· Bilingual in Chinese and English
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
