Duties
- Safely transport, assemble, and install a variety of gym equipment at customer locations or in-store displays
- Ensure store inventory is arranged and easy to find/access
- Conduct thorough inspections of equipment before and after installation to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Provide expert guidance and support to customers during in-store visits, answering questions about product features and usage
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace during installations and in-store displays to promote safety and professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate installation schedules and ensure timely completion of projects
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues on-site and escalate complex problems to specialized technicians when necessary
- Document all installations, service visits, and customer interactions accurately for record-keeping purposes
Skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to interpret assembly instructions and technical diagrams
- Excellent communication skills to effectively assist customers and explain equipment features clearly
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy gym equipment safely and perform manual tasks throughout the day
- Attention to detail to ensure precise assembly, safety compliance, and high-quality service delivery
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in assembly and installation processes
- A proactive attitude with problem-solving skills to handle unexpected challenges confidently
