Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee and enhance our brand’s online presence across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will develop engaging content, implement effective marketing campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to drive growth. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and SEO strategies, along with proficiency in graphic design and social media management tools. The Social Media Manager will play a key role in shaping our brand identity and expanding our reach through innovative content and targeted advertising.
Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to maintain consistent brand messaging.
- Design visually appealing graphics and multimedia content utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to enhance posts and campaigns.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to increase engagement and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research to optimize content for SEO and improve organic reach across digital channels.
- Monitor social media analytics using Google Analytics and platform insights to assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to integrate social media efforts with online sales initiatives.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media algorithms, and industry best practices to ensure innovative approaches.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design purposes.
- Experience with social media management platforms like Hootsuite and Buffer.
- Familiarity with Facebook Advertising and other paid social media strategies.
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms and online sales funnels.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to develop creative content that aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives.

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
