Prime Management Group Inc. is pleased to partner with Home Hardware in the recruitment of a Sales & Marketing Manager to join their leadership team in Burford, Ontario.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving sales performance and leading strategic marketing initiatives across a national footprint. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping commercial strategy, supporting product growth, and enhancing market presence within a highly respected and established organization.
This position is ideal for a collaborative, hands-on leader who enjoys building high-performing teams and contributing strategically across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and develop a national sales team across multiple regions
- Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability
- Analyze sales performance, identify opportunities, and implement strategic improvements
- Build and strengthen key customer relationships to optimize product positioning and growth
Marketing & Commercial Leadership
- Oversee marketing initiatives including promotions, product positioning, and technical marketing activities
- Support the development of training and commercial initiatives that drive customer engagement and sales growth
- Collaborate closely with corporate marketing to ensure alignment of brand and commercial objectives
Leadership & Team Development
- Mentor team members to elevate performance and engagement
- Establish clear KPIs, accountability, and performance expectations
- Foster a collaborative, solutions-focused culture centered on continuous improvement
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with operations, inventory, production, and technical teams to improve execution and customer satisfaction
- Contribute as a strategic member of the leadership team, helping guide broader business initiatives and priorities
Qualifications
Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline
- 5-10+ years of progressive leadership experience within sales, marketing, commercial management, manufacturing, distribution, or related sectors
- Experience leading regional or national teams is considered a strong asset

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary of $120,000–$130,000
