We’re looking for a Dental Assistant who brings both clinical skill and great energy—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in supporting a high-quality, patient-focused experience.

What the Role Looks Like
- Full-time position
- Schedule: Clinic is operating 7 days a week, Mon-Fri: 12-9 pm, Sat-Sun: 9am-6 pm.
- Located in Cambridge, ON
- Compensation: $23–$28/hour
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist the dentist chairside, ensuring smooth and efficient procedures
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories in line with IPAC protocols
- Support a variety of procedures including implants, extractions, bone grafts, and root canals
- Take X-rays (if certified) and maintain accurate patient records
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Support front desk coordination as needed, including scheduling and patient communication
- Contribute to a positive, organized, and patient-focused clinic environment
What You Bring
- 1+ year of Dental Assisting experience
- HARP and CPR certification
- Strong communication skills—you’re confident, clear, and patient-focused
- Excellent organization and ability to multitask in a busy clinic
- A team-first mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Comfort with dental software and digital workflows
Nice to have:
- Experience with iTero scanning
- IPAC and WHMIS certification
