The Financial Business Partner: Strategic Accounts oversees financial operations across a designated geographic region or strategic domain (Service, Strategic Accounts). Serving as a key advisor to regional and North American leadership, this role aligns financial performance with local business objectives and corporate policies, ensuring strategic financial oversight down to the branch level and ensuring the Strategic account success
Key Responsibilities:-
Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): Develop Strategic Account budgets, forecasts, and financial plans (incl. derived budgets for Domains, Strategic Accounts and Service); provide insights to optimize regional performance including decentralized P&Ls.

Reporting: Prepare & review financial reports with Strategic Accounts and Commercial Key Management. Support Corporate Controlling in their reporting needs.

Cost Control, Profitability and NWC: Work with regional Business Partners on Regional-Branch costs (incl. utilization, variances) and Net Working Capital as required - follow up on defined measures to achieve targets / support pricing strategies to enhance profitability in alignment with Commercial Key Management

Business Partnering: Collaborate with Strategic Account Management and Commercial Key Management to drive operational and strategic initiatives.

Strategic Decision and Support: Provide financial insights and internal support for corporate initiatives (e.g., M&A, Strategic Business Reviews).

Risk Management: Mitigate Strategic Account specific financial risks.

Other duties as assigned to support all financial aspects of the company.
Required Qualifications-
Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance or project accounting, ideally with a few years in a leadership role (e.g., Regional Controller, Domain Controller, Group Lead Project Accounting, Branch Lead FP&A).

Operational Focus: Hands-on approach to Regional-Branch-Project financial processes.

Problem-Solving / Adaptability: Flexibility to navigate Regional-Branch market dynamics.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze regional financial data for actionable insights.

Communication and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work with Regional-Branch stakeholders and translate corporate goals locally.

Strategic thinking: support strategic planning and local risk management.

Change Management: Drive FP&A standardization, provide best in class-learning & adaption incl. technology adoption.

System Savvy: Advanced experience with Project Accounting and Accounts Receivables software applications, and reporting solutions (i.e. PowerBI, Data Lake)

Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency with an ERP system(s), (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics MD365 preferred, SAP, Coins) Power BI, and Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:-
Multi-Entity/Multi-Location Experience: Specific experience managing the finances and consolidation for multiple regional entities, business units, or international operations financial lead for high-end strategic accounts, ensuring accurate reporting and operational alignment across various entities and geographic locations
