We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Painter / Renovation Laborer to join our growing team.
Overview
As a Painter/Laborer, you’ll work alongside experienced carpenters and tile installers to help complete bathroom and kitchen renovation projects from start to finish.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining a clean and respectful job site, has a strong work ethic, has the desire to learn specialty trades, and wants to grow within the renovation industry. You’ll gain valuable, real-world experience in painting, plastering, carpentry, tile work, and high-end finishing work.
Because we work in clients’ homes, customer service, communication, and professionalism are top priorities.
Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and tile installers with day-to-day renovation tasks
- Repair drywall and paint a wide variety of finished surfaces
- Support materials and debris handling and disposal efforts
- Execute instructed tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Support multiple trades to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard
- Assist with installation of structures, fixtures, and finishes
- Perform demolition, site preparation, and construction cleaning
- Set up floor protection, dust barriers, and maintain site organization
- Handle materials and perform heavy lifting as required
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful work environment in occupied homes
- Communicate professionally with team members and homeowners when required
- Show up on time and travel to local job sites as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential renovations or construction (preferred)
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 60 lbs consistently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, respectful attitude
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable vehicle required for travel between job sites
- Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks
