- Maintain high standards for service, hospitality, and professionalism
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, labour, and operational efficiencies
- Address member feedback with professionalism and care
- Support a positive, team-oriented culture
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5+ years of hospitality leadership experience in restaurants, clubs, banquets, or event operations
- A hands-on, service-focused leader who enjoys working alongside the team
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Experience supporting scheduling, labour, inventory, and day-to-day operations
- Ability to adapt to changing service levels, priorities, and event activity while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Positive, professional, and solutions-focused approach with strong member service instincts
- Proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and general computer systems
- Knowledge of liquor licensing, food safety, and workplace safety standards
- Serving It Right certification required
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Note: Duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may evolve or change over time to meet the needs of the Club.
If you’re passionate about hospitality, leadership, and creating exceptional experiences, we invite you to apply now and join our team.
