We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our Sales Professionals to support sales growth, deliver accurate quotations, and provide exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Prepare detailed quotes and estimates for commercial doors, frames, hardware, and building specialties
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documents for accurate estimating
- Enter orders, track progress, and manage open orders through all stages of fulfillment
- Maintain consistent communication with customers as quotes and orders advance
- Provide service and support to existing company accounts
- Balance walk-in, phone, and email customer inquiries while delivering exceptional service
- Respond to on-site quote requests as needed
- Assist with maintaining the sales showroom
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer expectations are met
- Support internal departments through clear communication and coordination
Requirements
- Strong estimating and/or sales skills with a focus on accuracy, customer service, and results
- Experience with building or construction materials, preferably commercial doors and hardware
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and hardware specifications
- General knowledge of building codes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet multiple deadlines
- Proficient computer skills
- Professional demeanor with an outgoing, customer-centered approach

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $65,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
