Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Esthetician and hairdresser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for skincare and beauty services, providing exceptional customer experiences, and promoting retail products. Duties:
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, peels, and waxing
- Provide expert advice on skincare regimens and products
- Sanitize equipment and maintain a clean treatment room
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Upsell services and retail products to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate with the front desk staff to schedule appointments and manage client flow
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
- Participate in retail sales to promote skincare products
Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed Esthetician
- Proficiency in hair styling techniques is a plus, haircolour, hair smoothening, keratin treatment, facial , waxing , threading, manicure pedicure
- Experience in front desk operations is beneficial
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients effectively
- Proven track record of upselling services and retail products
- Prior experience in customer service roles is preferred
- Knowledge of skincare products and treatments
