The Role
As an Exterior Cleaning Technician, you’ll be responsible for executing high-quality work in the field while representing our brand on customer properties.
This is a hands-on, physically demanding role where attention to detail matters.
What You’ll Actually Be DoingExecution
- Perform pressure washing, soft washing, and exterior cleaning services
- Clean siding, driveways, roofs, gutters, and exterior surfaces
- Set up and operate professional-grade equipment
- Work efficiently while maintaining strict quality standards
Quality & Accountability
- Follow detailed service checklists on every job
- Complete full before-and-after walkthroughs
- Take required job photos and documentation
- Protect customer property at all times
- Flag issues or upsell opportunities to leadership
Team & Professionalism
- Work closely with Crew Chiefs and leadership
- Maintain clean trucks, equipment, and job sites
- Communicate clearly with customers when needed
- Represent the company with professionalism on every job

Requirements
- Strong work ethic and reliability (non-negotiable)
- Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
- Physically capable (lifting, ladders, long days)
- Valid driver’s license preferred (required for advancement)
- Prior experience is a bonus—but not required
Schedule
- Monday–Friday (some Saturdays during peak season)
- 40–55+ hours per week
- Field-based role (Kelowna and surrounding areas)
Pay: $23.00-$36.00 per hour
