We are seeking a versatile, results‑driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for a well‑rounded marketer who enjoys owning initiatives end‑to‑end and collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to support organizational goals.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Specialist will support the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing initiatives across digital, content, events, and traditional channels, with a strong focus on lead generation, engagement, and brand consistency.
What you’ll be doing: :
- Execute and optimize marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, and traditional channels
- Create and manage marketing content and assets, including copy, visuals, and promotional materials
- Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide insights to improve effectiveness and ROI
- Manage and update website content, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and adherence to SEO best practices
- Collaborate with sales and internal stakeholders to support business development and marketing objectives
- Support lead generation and nurturing initiatives using coordinated campaigns and marketing automation tools
- Assist with planning and executing live and virtual event participation, including trade shows and conferences
- Support the Marketing Manager in developing and executing new initiatives and projects
What You Bring: :
- Post-secondary education in marketing (post-secondary education in business, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience will be considered)
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role
- Strong understanding of marketing principles across digital and traditional channels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with social media platforms, email marketing, and marketing automation tools
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment
- Comfortable navigating fast‑paced, evolving, and sometimes ambiguous environments
- Located in the GTA or London, ON area and available for occasional in-person meetings in the office or with clients
And ideally:
- Experience with Canva, Mailchimp and Hootsuite
- Experience with CRM software (HubSpot preferred)
- Bilingual English/French

Interview Process
Due to a high volume of applicants, we are unable to respond to every application that we receive. If you are chosen to move forward, our interview process follows this sequence:
1. Phone prescreen with the HRBP.
2. A 60 minute interview with the Marketing Manager over MS Teams
3. A 30-minute interview with the President (MS Teams or in person) and the Operations Manager
4. A decision is communicated and an offer is extended, contingent on references.
