Summary
'Experienced Damage Insurance Executive' role based in the Canada involves leading insurance sales initiatives and managing client relationships to support Blanket's mission of providing exceptional life insurance services. This position plays a vital role in expanding our presence, growing our brokerage and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outside sales strategies to attract new clients.
- Negotiate commercial lines and personal lines insurance policies and terms with prospective clients.
- Manage the existing client base and referral business coming in
- Oversee sales administration and maintain accurate records.
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for bespoke products to compliment the insurtech division of Blanket.
- Provide excellent customer service and support benefits administration.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance marketing efforts.
- Qualifications
- Licenses in commercial and personal lines insurance preferably in Quebec and or Ontario. (RIBO)
- Understanding of Applied Epic for client database management
- Self starter, ambitious, and ability to maintain and grow a book of business
- Management skills as the brokerage grows to motivate and work alongside others,
'High' relevancy skills include: Outside sales, Negotiation, Insurance sales, Sales, Communication skills. Preferred qualifications include: Retail sales, Sales administration, Analysis skills, Bilingual, Customer service.

Pay: $70,000.00-$143,850.66 per year
