Job Overview
We’re looking for a reliable and organized Parts Person to join our team for our busy spring season ahead. In this role, you’ll help customers in person and on the phone, ordering and recieving parts. You will support the store and shop with parts needed for sales, repairs and service work.
The ideal candidate has good attention to detail, some mechanical knowledge, and experience with inventory or ordering systems. You’ll play a key role in making sure the right parts are available when needed, helping keep our operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Learn our products and business
- Answering the phone, assisting customers
- Work with team members to order and allocate parts as needed
- Recieve orders, allocate and stock shelving
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about parts and equipment, including availability, specifications, and pricing
Requirements
- Mechanical knowledge of Small Engines an asset
- Experience with data entry essential
- Knowledge of sourcing parts and equipment
- Organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management
- Effective communication skills for customer service and suppliers
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
We are open to making this position flexible - part-time or full-time seasonal.

Contract length: 3-5 months
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
