Bandit Brewery is hiring! We are looking for a Jr Sous Chef to expand our culinary team.

Responsibilities include food preparation, station setup and breakdown, maintaining sanitation standards, assisting with inventory, and supporting smooth day-to-day kitchen operations during busy service periods.
Candidates should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility with scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Prepping & Organizing food items on a daily basis- Working on the line in a fast paced open kitchen
- Flexibility with hours of availability
- Reporting to the Head Chef and working with other cooks to execute and implement recipes
- Opening and/or closing the restaurant when needed
- Strong teamwork and time management skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Base hourly wage of $19 to $21 based on experience. The candidate will also receive gratuities, on average $4-6 per hour.
Experience:
Applicants must have 2–3 years of experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
