Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create memorable experiences for our guests. This role involves crafting exceptional cocktails, providing top-notch service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere at our bar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, spirits, and beverages to the highest standards.
- Develop and create new cocktail recipes that highlight Legend Spirits' products.
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests and ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Collaborate with the team to create a cohesive and enjoyable atmosphere.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into your craft.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, and cocktail techniques.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Certification in bartending or mixology is a plus but not required.
