On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst/Project Manager for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Business Analyst/Project Manager - Job Description:
The successful candidate will be working on an automation and invoice processing project using Coupa. This is a new development role, offering the opportunity to work with different systems and software applications.
Business Analyst/Project Manager - Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, control, and close out projects or work packages, ensuring delivery against defined scope, schedule, and budget.
- Collaborate with business partners to gather, validate, and document business requirements, and facilitate solution design discussions with stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and change requests; generate regular updates for management.
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, recommend process changes, and ensure compliance with bank’s standards, policies, and procedures.
- Analyze project risks and issues, recommend mitigation strategies, and support decision-making to keep initiatives on track.
- Support operational initiatives beyond project work.
Business Analyst/Project Manager - Mandatory Skills:
- Experience in business analysis and project management within the financial services sector – 5+ years
- Stakeholder management – 5 years

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with Microsoft Project, Teams, and SharePoint

Business Analyst/Project Manager – Assignment Length:
