Sweet Pea Gardening is a professional residential maintenance company that enhances the enjoyment of gardens for our clients. With much excitement, we are gearing up for our 10th season of business!
We are seeking one more fun and hard working team member who likes to play in the dirt. You must have a positive attitude and good work ethic. Reliability is very important. Have you never worked in the garden before? Are you enthusiastic, take great pride in your work and like to be outside? We can teach you the rest!
Drivers license required.
We work Monday to Friday, 7:30 – approx: 5:00
- June thru November weather pending
- 6 – 10 hour days
- Outdoors – We do work in the rain and heat so proper clothing is essential
- Movement – crouching, kneeling, reaching, stretching, bending, twisting, walking
- Lifting – garbage bins, tool buckets, tools, plant material
- Team environment
Main Tasks:
- Weeding
- Deadheading
- Edging
- Pruning and shaping shrub, hedges, etc.
- Cultivating
- Planting
- Fertilizer and insecticide applications
- Use of Tools- hedge trimmer, blowers
- Soil top ups, mulch top ups and more :)
