Role Description
Sales Administrator – New Home Builder / Real Estate
Edmonton, Alberta
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our new home sales team in Edmonton. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, coordinating with clients, realtors, and internal departments, and maintaining accurate documentation throughout the home buying process.
The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Support
- Assist sales representatives with preparing purchase agreements, amendments, and related documentation
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner
- Track deals from initial offer through to possession
- Ensure all required documents are completed, signed, and filed accurately
- Liaise with mortgage brokers, lawyers, and other third parties to ensure smooth transactions
- Monitor deadlines and conditions (financing, inspections, etc.)
Administrative Duties
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Prepare reports, sales summaries, and status updates for management
- Assist with marketing materials, listings, and presentation packages
Office & Team Support
- Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Coordinate with construction, design, and accounting teams
- Assist with show home operations and ensure presentation standards are maintained
Qualifications
- Previous experience in real estate in new home sales administration preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Assets (Nice to Have)
- Knowledge of the new home building process in Alberta
- Experience with real estate contracts and documentation
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
