We’re looking for a highly organized and dependable Office Manager who has a sharp eye for detail and a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.
Position Overview
The Office Manager is a central part of our operations, ensuring communication flows smoothly, schedules are accurate, and information is properly tracked and reported. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, keeping systems organized, and making sure no detail gets missed.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication
- Answer incoming phone calls and email inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Direct calls and messages to the appropriate departments
- Provide clear, accurate information to customers
Scheduling & Dispatch
- Book and schedule jobs with a high level of accuracy
- Coordinate crew dispatch and ensure schedules are organized and up to date
- Communicate job details and changes clearly with field teams
Operations & Reporting
- Record and maintain company statistics and job data
- Review staff reports and relay critical or time-sensitive updates to management
- Ensure information is documented correctly and consistently
Fleet & Team Coordination
- Coordinate with crew leads and mechanics regarding vehicle availability
- Help align scheduling with equipment readiness
Marketing & Online Presence
- Manage and update company social media accounts
- Make website updates as needed
- Assist in creating and sending email marketing campaigns
Qualifications
- Previous experience in office administration or office management is mandatory
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication
- Comfortable managing email, scheduling systems, and digital records
- Experience with dispatching or job scheduling is an asset
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic website editing is beneficial

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
