Title: LANDING GEAR AIRCRAFT COMPONENT REPAIR TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Perform maintenance task, repair/overhaul of Landing Gear and related components.
- Read and interpretation of Maintenance Manual, Service Bulletin, Technical Specification and Drawings.
- Measure parts wear by using precision instruments
- Record all maintenance tasks carried out on work order packages.
- Attention to detail
- Transport Canada regulations require applicant to have good English language skills in reading and writing
- Ability to function as part of high-performance team
- works well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Able to travel
- Other tasks and duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 2 years aviation experience or equivalent work experience in a like industry
- 3-5 years aircraft component repair/overhaul experience or equivalent
EDUCATION DESIRED:
- Technical College graduate in repair and overhaul
- Strong troubleshooting skills an asset
- Mechanical aptitude an asset
COMPENSATION (Expected hourly) : From 23 $/Hour
