Our Guest Service Agents work 12-hour shifts at the hotel Front Desk managing all aspects of Guest reservations and their experience while at the hotel. Effective communication and customer-service skills are an absolute must.
Our Agents work 2-3 consecutive shifts (12 hours rest between each) and then have 2-3 consecutive days off. They work every other weekend, but have Friday, Saturday, & Sunday off on the opposite weekends.
