Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about cannabis, thrives in a customer-focused environment, and has proven experience in retail cannabis operations. This role requires someone who can confidently manage opening/closing duties, handle cash, and work independently when scheduled alone.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service with expert knowledge of cannabis flower, extracts, and accessories
- Perform opening and closing duties as a Keyholder, including securing the store and handling cash deposits
- Accurately process sales transactions in compliance with AGCO and federal cannabis regulations
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product displays
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and reconciliation
- Ensure strict compliance with all legal, safety, and company policies
- Work independently and responsibly during solo shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience as a Budtender
- Deep knowledge of craft cannabis and extracts
- CannSell certification (required)
- Must be willing to undergo a Criminal Background Check
- Comfortable and reliable working alone during scheduled shifts
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Familiar with using TechPOS preferred
