What You Bring

Minimum 3 years of automotive dealership experience

Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a successful sales team

Strong communication skills and a team-first mentality

A process-driven approach to sales and customer service

Previous Used Car Manager experience is considered an asset
Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the sales team

Drive sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction

Manage inventory, factory orders, incentives, and sales programs

Support deal structuring, appraisals, and the overall sales process

Ensure consistent follow-up with showroom, internet, and phone opportunities
Requirements
Valid OMVIC license

Valid G-Class driver's license
-
Eligible to work in Canada without company sponsorship

Successful completion of a criminal background check and driver's abstract prior to employment
