WHAT ARE THE EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS?

Schedule: variable day, evening and weekend shifts (based on scheduling blocks)

Salary: $21.96 (Class 3)
WHAT WILL YOUR ROLE BE AT THE MARINA?

You will greet boaters in a professional and courteous manner.

You will handle reservations and respond to information requests.

You will efficiently assist with docking operations.

You will answer customer questions and direct visitors as needed.

You will record comments, observations, and complaints thoroughly and accurately.

You will manage cash handling and complete administrative documents (e.g., cash reports).

You will maintain the general cleanliness of the area, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment.
WHAT PROFILE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

High school diploma (DES)
-
Bilingualism: intermediate English (level 2)
-
Knowledge of the nautical/marine environment (asset)
-
Restricted Operator Certificate – Maritime (VHF)
-
Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC) – asset
-
3 months of cash-handling experience
-
6 months of customer service experience
