Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Services Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming experience. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling guest inquiries, and supporting overall guest satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests efficiently
- Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and prompt resolution
- Maintain detailed records of guest interactions and preferences in the front desk system
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards
- Support administrative tasks such as billing, reservations, and data entry as needed
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and customer service at all times
- Assist guests with special requests to enhance their stay experience
Experience
- Previous experience in front desk or hotel guest services is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and hotel operations is advantageous
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor
Pay: From $19.50 per hour
