We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team. The Property Administrator will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our property management department. This position requires a strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and communicate effectively with both internal team members and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Lease Administration:
- Assist in the preparation and execution of lease agreements.
- Maintain accurate lease records and tenant files.
- Coordinate lease renewals and rent increases as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with lease terms and conditions.
Tenant Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and concerns.
- Address tenant requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and repairs in collaboration with property maintenance staff.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure tenant satisfaction and property upkeep.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain organized and up-to-date property management files and records.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and property showings as needed.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence in a professional manner.
Vendor Management:
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property maintenance and repairs.
- Obtain competitive bids for services and negotiate contracts when necessary.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with service agreements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in property management or real estate administration is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Knowledge of local landlord-tenant laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Drivers License is highly desirable
