Position Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. If you have at least 2 years of barista experience, a passion for coffee, and excellent customer service skills, we want to hear from you! As a barista at Ahlan Coffee House, you’ll be responsible for preparing delicious beverages, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and providing exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages with precision and care.
- Offer friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized coffee station and customer areas.
- Process payments accurately, handle cash, and manage the register.
- Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Stay up-to-date with new coffee trends and brewing techniques.
- Adhere to safety, sanitation, and health protocols.
- Engage with customers to ensure a positive experience and encourage repeat visits.
Requirements:
- Must have at least 1 year of barista experience.
- Strong passion for coffee and creating high-quality beverages.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills.
- Positive, reliable, and a team player.
- Ability to do Latte Art
Hourly Pay:
- $15 - $18.50 per hour, depending on experience and skill level. Barista‘s with a high level of experience and skill can start from $18.50 - $22
- Tips are in addition to hourly pay.
