SPORT AND SPINE PHYSIOTHERAPY CLINIC
We are looking for an energetic, dedicated and very personable individual to join our great team. The ideal candidate will be friendly, goal orientated, with the focus on friendly, compassionate patient care. Must have the ability to multi talk in a fast paced, high energy environment. It is to their advantage to have some knowledge or experience in the area of health care and treatment of orthopedic injuries.

- Multi-tasker, energetic and patient focused that is able to work as part of a team.
- Have a good understanding of patient billing and insurance claims
- Assist in patient treatment under the direction of the physiotherapist
- Strong computer skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet patients promptly
- Answer multi-line telephone to schedule appointments, reschedule appointments, confirm appointments, and answer general questions about our clinic and our services
- Process extended health insurance, motor vehicle accidents and WSIB billing
- Work on specific duties independently as assigned and be willing to take on additional roles and challenges as they arise
- Assist in marketing tasks and providing clinical reports as assigned
- Willing to learn to be part of the rehab team and assist hands on with patient care in the gym area as needed
- Collect accurate patient information while respectfully maintaining both patient and office confidentiality.
- Organize patient charts and all medical/financial paperwork
- Assist in maintaining a very clean work environment
- Be able to work until 6pm on Tuesday and Thursdays
- Hours and pay to be negotiated, 20-30 hours a week
